Q1: I download the trial version but convert my file not intactly. why?
It is normal. The trial version has some limitations so that you can not convert your file intactly. After ordering,

It can not be allowed to use a license code in different computers at the same time.

You can use the default output file name. More, you can customize the output file name as you need.

If you output PDF file with the mode of 'Create PDF by default format', the output path will be selected newly in the conversion. Please find the output PDF file from the selected saved path.

Q11: Prompt the error message 'Check MS Excel error, please install office 97/2000/XP/2003/2007' during the conversion, but I have installed office2003 in the system, Why?
Convert parts of office document needs to install genuine Misrosoft office software of office 97 or higher version in system. We suggest that install office2003 or higher version.

Q12: If I do not install ms-office2007 in system, can I convert ms-office2007 document (*.docx, *.docm,*.xlsx,*.xlsm, *.pptx,*.pptm) files to other format?
1: If you have installed Microsoft Office 2000, Office XP or Office 2003 in system, please install office2007 compatibility pack.
2: If you do not install Microsoft Office or have installed Microsoft Office2000 lower version, please install Microsoft Office 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019/2021/Office365.

Q13: If I do not install ms-office2007 in system, can I convert my file to ms-office2007 document (*.docx,*.docm, *.xlsx,,*.xlsm, *.pptx,*.pptm) files?
If you want to convert your file to docx,docm,xlsx,xlsm,pptx,pptm,it needs the ms-Office 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019/2021/Office365 support.

Q14: Prompt the dialog box 'Parts of the file conversion failed' in conversion, why?
Please download the latest software version from our website and to reinstall. Please close office document (for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) before open software. Do not open or close any office document with manual in conversion. If open several our software to convert files at the same time, it can cause the error.

Q15: If do not install office software in system, what are the limitations?
It can only read Excel2003 version or lower (*.xls,xls to htm, pic etc functions can not be affected), it can not read Excel2007 version or higher(.xlsx,*.xlsm),rtf, word, PowerPoint. At the same time, it can not output Rtf, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. More, it can not output PDF with default mode. But other operations can not be affected.

Q16: Can I open the document or modify the document in conversion?
No. Do not open any office document with manual in conversion, if you open the document, it may cause the file conversion fail.

Q17: When output PDF format, choose 'Create PDF by default mode, Create PDF by Image mode, Create PDF by text mode', what is the difference among them?
Create PDF by default mode: The output PDF file can contain image and text. We recommend using this mode to convert, but this mode can not convert image file to PDF file
Create PDF by image mode: Output the image format PDF file. If choose this mode, the created file effect is the same as the original file effect, but can not select or copy the words of PDF file. This mode can be used for converting image format file to PDF file. Generally, if you use this mode, you can not extract the words of the created PDF file, and it plays a role in protection
Create PDF by text mode: It is customized for special need. The output PDF file can only contain the text of the original file, the image of the original file can not be converted.

Q18: Convert PPT file to PDF file, the created PDF file is black and white, why?
Please choose the mode 'Create PDF by Image mode' to output PDF. It can solve the problem.

Q19: How to convert one multipage Word document file to multiple single-page output files?
Please choose the option 'Convert each page of Word/Rtf to one single file.

Q20: Prompt 'PDF conversion appers abnormity, please reinstall the software to repair the function.' when output PDF file with default mode, why?
It may have lost file, please reinstall the software.

Q21: Output SWF file, Why the screen can not display image when play SWF file?
If you choose the option 'Automatically adjusting the image size to fit SWF' and at the same time you do not choose the option 'Create SWF according to custom size',in this case, it will stretch as the largest size of your original file page size. If the largest size of your original file page size exceeds your screen, the display will have problem, please select option 'Create SWF according to custom size' or set the image zoom scale with manual in parameters settings.
if you convert file to swf by default ,then screen can not display image, please set the image zoom scale with manual in parameters settings.

Q22: When convert all images to one PowerPoint file, how to save the original scale?
Please cancel selecting 'Adjust automatically image size to adapt the slide page' from the parameters settings, the default mode can adjust image scale to adapt Powerpoint size automatically.

Q23: How to set the transparent color in the created ICO file?
The transparent background png/bmp can create transparent ico directly, other format images can choose 'Custom ico transparent' option from the parameters settings, then choose one kind of color as ico transparent color.

Q24: Does the software convert the content of one Text file to multi-page Tif image or multiple frames SWF or multiple slide PowerPoint file?
Yes, it can, and you can choose the number of the showed character from each page.
Cancel choosing 'Convert Txt file to multi-page Tif' option from the output Tif parameters settings, it can show all the text content to one Tif file.
Cancel choosing 'Convert TXT file to multi-frames SWF' option from the output SWF parameters settings, it can show all the text content to one swf file, if the text content is too much, do not modify the parameters settings.
Cancel choosing 'Convert TXT file to multi-page PowerPoint' option from the output Ppt/Pptx/Pptm parameters settings, it can show all the text content in a slides of PowerPoint file.

Q25: What is the functions that 'Merge PowerPoint slide content to one HTM page' when converting PowerPoint to HTM?
It can show all the lantern slide content on one HTM page, do not need to switch HTM page, and you can choose to show the text content only or
show the lantern slide content as image mode by setting the parameters.

Q26: Merge multiple images to one multi-frames GIF or convert PDF to multi-frames GIF/Tif, it prompts 'Memory is not enough', how to solve?
When merging to one GIF that prompt 'Memory is not enough', you can reduce the output image size opportunely.

Maybe PDF includes the embedded font, it can not be converted, you can convert pdf to document by image mode.
