Okdo Word Merger Command Line Options
Okdo Word Merger Command Line is based on command line interface, and you have to open a DOS command prompt window to run it. Change the current directory to the one where Okdo Word Merger Command Line is installed, and then you can run the application referring to the following usage:
wordmerger.exe [options] <source files> -dest=<output file>
<source files>
It supports *.doc, *.docx, *.docm, *.rtf format file
There are 3 ways to specify the files to be merged
Supports wildcard character like * and ?
1. -file=<source file>. eg:
-file=c:\1.doc -file=c:\2.doc
-file=c:\*.docx
-file=c:\document*.docx
-file=c:\document??.docx
2. -list=<file list>.
<File list> is a text file which contains file
names to be merged. One file name per line. eg:
-list=c:\wordlist.txt
3. -folder=<folder name>.
Merge all files in specified folder. eg:
-folder=c:\temp
-dest=<value> Specify the name for the merged file
It supports *.doc, *.docx, *.docm, *.rtf format file. eg:
-dest=c:\out.doc
-insertbreak Insert page break between documents
-overwrite Overwrite existing output file
